About

Gospel Knols is an expression of my thoughts regarding the gospel of Jesus Christ. A knol is a measurement or unit of knowledge.

The primary point of Gospel Knols is to discuss and write about deep doctrine. Deep doctrine, on this site, is defined as any doctrine that was restored by the prophet Joseph Smith. Here are some examples:

  • Nature and Character of God
  • Priesthood keys and authority
  • Plan of Salvation
  • The Creation
  • The Fall of Adam
  • The Atonement of Jesus Christ

I will also discuss tools that allow greater clarity when communicating. Missionary work is a space where effective communication is vital.

Some gospel topics have assumed understanding such as:

  • Agency
  • Justification and Sanctification
  • The Fall of Adam
  • The Purpose of the Temple

By asking deeper questions, we get different answers. By getting different answers, we look through different lenses. Gospel Knols is an attempt to rid my universe of mediocre thinking. I want to associate with like-minded people who are passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you are passionate about discussing the gospel and learning more, this is a good place to become better.
